Located on Mexico’s Pacific Coast and in the heart of Banderas Bay, or Bay of Flags, is the beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta. This bay is horseshoe shaped and is theorized to have been formed by an ancient volcanic crater. However, one thing that is certain, it is the largest natural bay in Mexico and the second largest in North America (over 24 miles long) following our neighbors to the north – Canada’s Hudson Bay. PV has a great reputation for being a safe destination for international travel. It’s a relatively small, neat and clean destination. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming to all tourists. Christine
Christine is a massive dance club located on the northern edge of PV. This recently remodeled club has had a major upgrade of the sound and light systems along with new VIP rooms. After dancing all night and into the early morning you’ll see why Christine is consistently viewed as the best discotheque in PV. A trip to Christine is a must for all those who want to experience PV’s best.
Zoo
Are you ready to check out one of the hottest nightclubs in PV? Put your dancing shoes on and bring your “A” game because the Zoo will keep the music going and party bumping until 6 in the morning. If you are feeling freaky, dance the night away in the special elevated cages above the dance floor. An evening at the Zoo is truly a once in a lifetime event.
Hilo
Hilo is PV’s newest nightclub on the Malecon that offers Rock, Rap, House and Electronic music. DJ’s will easily get you out of your seat and onto the dance floor. If you just want to sit back and take in the experience you’ll get a great view from the upper balcony. Some visitors have even been known to dance on the tables and bars.
Collage
Collage is PV’s largest entertainment club and one of the biggest nightclubs on the pacific coast. The club’s multi levels and multi dance floors set the tone for a great time. Until dawn you can enjoy the bowling alley, pool tables, snack bar, video game arcade and sushi bar. When the sun goes down it’s time to turn it up a notch as Collage holds over 2,000 people.
Located in old town PV, Senor Frogs stays true to its reputation as a restaurant that serves quality food and a bar that serves one drink right after the other. Come for lunch, dinner or a few drinks and you’ll see that the vibe here is always energetic and the staff is super friendly. Just don’t be surprised if you end up in a 45 person conga line having a great time!
How can you go wrong with a place that starts happy hour around noon daily? Carlos O’Brian’s has been serving American and Mexican food for over 30 years and continues to do so with top notch quality and great service. The multi-level bar/restaurant is a great place to visit during the day for lunch or later for dinner to start your evening off right.
Hard Rock Café is hands down one of the most popular restaurants on the Malecon. Here you can check out exclusive rock & roll memorabilia while eating award winning food. Hard Rock serves American dishes and seafood at a reasonable price. After a good meal don’t forget to grab a t-shirt on your way out to prove you were here.
